Dr. Paula attended McNeese State University in Louisiana, where she earned her B.S. degree; and then traveled to California where, she worked as a medical technologist at UCLA. It was from California that she traveled across country to Howard University of Washington, D.C., to earn her D.D.S. degree and complete her orthodontic residency. After practicing in the metropolitan D.C. area for five years, Dr. Martin-Fletcher married and relocated to Little Rock. Dr. Paula has been in private practice for about ten years.
